Return & Exchange Policy

At Best Fed Raw, we take great pride in the quality and freshness of our raw dog food. Because our products are perishable, we have specific guidelines in place for returns and exchanges. Please read our policy carefully:

 

Returns

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on food items once they have been shipped.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your shipment with photos of the damage and we’ll be happy to assist you.

 

Exchanges

Exchanges are only available for incorrect or damaged items. If you received the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will arrange for an exchange or replacement.

If your order contains perishable goods that have arrived incorrectly or spoiled, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.

 

Refunds

We do not offer refunds for any perishable items, but we will provide a replacement if your order is damaged or incorrect.
